Ingredients
4 soft flour tortillas (taco size)
4 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Cream cheese glaze or powdered sugar for topping
Instructions
1. Lay tortillas flat and brush with melted butter.
2. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
3. Add vanilla extract if using.
4. Roll each tortilla tightly and slice into 1-inch rolls.
5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat with butter or oil.
6. Place rolls cut-side down, cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
7. Drizzle with cream cheese glaze or dust with powdered sugar.
